Recurring membership billing

Zuvia Auto-Renewal Agreement

These terms explain how a Zuvia subscription renews, when Apple charges your account, how to cancel, and how trial and price changes are handled.

Effective: September 8, 2026Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Authorization and covered purchase

This Auto-Renewal Agreement applies when you choose a Zuvia membership identified as an auto-renewable subscription in the iOS app. By confirming with Apple, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple ID for the displayed price and to renew the subscription under these terms until cancellation.

Read the purchase screen before confirming. It identifies the subscription product, price, currency, subscription period, included access, and trial or promotional terms. The Zuvia User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Membership Service Agreement, this Agreement, and Apple's purchase terms together govern the transaction and service.

2. Subscription content

A subscription provides recurring access to the Zuvia benefits identified on the purchase screen. These can include selected films, series, episodes, clips, trailers, member-only media sections, enhanced playback options, saved viewing tools, or other video-library features. The catalog changes as media licenses, release windows, territory rights, and product selections change.

The subscription grants temporary access rather than ownership of content. It does not permit recording, copying, rebroadcasting, commercial exhibition, resale, or circumvention of digital rights management. Device, account, simultaneous-stream, territory, and age-rating restrictions continue to apply.

3. Subscription period

Each subscription period lasts at least 7 days. The exact weekly, monthly, multi-month, or annual duration is shown on the Apple purchase confirmation screen before payment. The first paid period begins when Apple confirms the transaction or when a stated free trial ends.

Unless you cancel, the next period begins immediately after the current period expires. Renewal preserves access to the then-current eligible media library and membership tools. It does not preserve permanent access to a particular film, series, episode, clip, trailer, audio track, subtitle, or playback format.

4. Automatic renewal and billing time

Automatic renewal remains enabled until you cancel through Apple. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal charge covers the next period at the price presented by Apple, subject to Apple's price-change process.

If Apple cannot complete the charge, Apple can retry billing or place the subscription in a billing-retry or grace state. Zuvia uses the entitlement status supplied by Apple to decide whether benefits remain active. Updating a payment method, resolving an unpaid balance, and reviewing Apple receipts must be completed through Apple account services.

Deleting Zuvia, signing out, removing a device, or deleting a Zuvia account does not turn off automatic renewal. Those actions do not instruct Apple to stop billing. You must use the cancellation method below.

5. Cancellation method

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Apple ID account management provides the cancellation control:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select the Zuvia subscription.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow Apple's confirmation steps.

Apple also provides subscription management through its account services on supported devices. When no cancel button appears and Apple shows an expiration date, the subscription is already scheduled to end. Zuvia support can explain the process but cannot cancel a subscription billed by Apple.

Cancellation prevents future renewal. Access normally continues until the current paid period ends, after which the account returns to the service level then offered without that subscription. No prorated refund is issued merely because you cancel during a paid period; mandatory consumer rights and refunds approved by Apple remain unaffected.

6. Trial period rules

A free or discounted trial is offered only when the Apple purchase screen expressly states the offer, duration, eligibility, price after the trial, and renewal period. Apple determines eligibility based on the Apple ID and offer history. One person cannot obtain repeated trials by creating or switching Zuvia accounts.

Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Apple charges the displayed subscription price within 24 hours before the end of the trial and the paid subscription begins automatically. Canceling during a trial ends future billing; continued benefit access through the scheduled trial end is controlled by the entitlement status Apple supplies. Unused trial time can be forfeited when another subscription offer is purchased.

7. Price change handling

Subscription prices are displayed by Apple in the currency of your App Store storefront and can include taxes handled by Apple. Before a price increase takes effect, Apple provides the notice required for your storefront. Apple requests consent when its rules require consent. If required consent is not provided, the subscription does not renew at the increased price.

You can review the new price and cancel before the next renewal. A price change does not alter a period already paid. Promotional pricing, introductory offers, and discounts end according to the terms displayed by Apple, after which the regular displayed renewal price is charged.

8. Refunds, receipts, and restoration

Apple processes payment and controls refund decisions for an Apple in-app purchase. To request a refund, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID used for the charge, choose “Request a refund,” select the Zuvia subscription, and submit the requested information. Apple determines eligibility under its terms and governing consumer law.

Use Zuvia's restore-purchase function to validate an active entitlement on a supported device. Restoration does not restart, extend, or duplicate a subscription. Provide the Apple transaction reference to support when a confirmed entitlement is not recognized, but do not provide your Apple ID password or full payment-card information.

9. Access, changes, and expiration

Active subscribers receive the recurring value described on the product screen. Zuvia can modify catalog composition, recommendation layouts, playback technology, or saved viewing tools as the service evolves. Material benefit changes for a future renewal period will be disclosed through a reasonable service notice, giving you an opportunity to cancel before renewal.

When Apple reports that a subscription expired, was refunded, was revoked, or is no longer entitled, paid benefits can be removed. We can also suspend access during an investigation of receipt manipulation, unauthorized sharing, infringement, or fraud. Restrictions do not eliminate statutory rights or an Apple-approved refund.

10. Subscription support
