Paid viewing benefits
Zuvia Membership Service Agreement
This Agreement explains VIP benefits, purchase activation, use limits, membership duration, cancellation, and refunds for paid access to Zuvia's video service.
1. Acceptance and relationship to other terms
This Membership Service Agreement applies when you obtain a paid Zuvia membership. By confirming a membership purchase through Apple, you accept this Agreement, the Zuvia User Agreement, the Zuvia Privacy Policy, the product information shown before purchase, and Apple's purchase terms. If you do not agree, do not confirm the purchase.
This Agreement governs membership-specific matters. The User Agreement continues to govern account eligibility, permitted viewing, intellectual property, user conduct, service changes, and termination. The Auto-Renewal Agreement also governs a membership sold as an automatically renewing subscription.
2. VIP benefits
A Zuvia membership can provide recurring access to paid video access, member-only media sections, selected films, series and episodes, selected clip collections and trailers, enhanced playback options, reduced interruptions from service promotions, priority viewing windows, or saved viewing tools. The exact benefits included in a product are displayed on the membership purchase screen before Apple asks you to confirm payment.
Benefits are personal to the purchasing account. Membership does not transfer ownership of video, audio, subtitle, artwork, or catalog material. Rights holders, release windows, territory rules, and age restrictions continue to control access. A membership does not ensure that a particular title remains in the media library for the entire membership term.
3. Benefit activation
Benefit activation begins after Apple successfully processes the in-app purchase and Zuvia receives a valid transaction confirmation. You must sign in to the Zuvia account intended to receive access. Transaction processing time, network conditions, and receipt verification can affect when the entitlement appears.
If an active Apple purchase is not reflected, use the restore-purchase control while signed in with the Apple ID that completed the purchase and the corresponding Zuvia account. Restoration validates the Apple transaction; it does not create a second membership or change the original term. Contact us with the Apple transaction reference and Zuvia account identifier if access remains unavailable. Do not send payment-card details or an Apple ID password.
4. Benefit limits and fair use
Benefit limits can include supported device types, registered-device count, simultaneous streams, account region, playback quality, temporary maintenance restrictions, and title-specific licensing conditions. The purchase screen and in-app benefit page identify the material limits for the selected product. Reasonable verification can be required when device, territory, or account activity changes unusually.
You must not resell membership, share it outside the permitted household or account scope, provide commercial screenings, rebroadcast video, capture streams, bypass digital rights management, or manipulate transaction receipts. We can temporarily restrict a benefit while investigating fraud, unauthorized sharing, security incidents, or charge reversals. Valid access will be restored after the issue is resolved and continued restriction is not justified.
5. Media library and playback changes
Zuvia's catalog evolves as films, series, episodes, clips, and trailers are added, reorganized, or removed. Membership provides access to the eligible library available during the term, rather than a permanent license to any identified title. Audio tracks, subtitles, picture quality, and playback availability can vary across device, region, title, and rights window.
We can improve or replace saved viewing tools, player controls, recommendation areas, and member-only media sections. We will not intentionally remove the core paid service during a prepaid term without offering the remedy required by governing law. Short interruptions caused by maintenance, network delivery, device configuration, or events beyond reasonable control do not extend the membership unless law requires a different result.
6. Membership term
The membership term begins on successful activation and lasts for the duration shown on Apple's confirmation screen. A non-renewing membership ends at the close of that stated term. An auto-renewable membership continues for successive periods until canceled through Apple, as described in the Auto-Renewal Agreement.
Deleting Zuvia, signing out, removing a device, or deleting a Zuvia account does not by itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Before deleting an account, manage the Apple subscription separately and preserve records needed for support. When membership expires, free account functions remain available according to the current service offering, while paid playback and member tools cease.
7. Apple in-app purchase relationship
Membership offered inside the iOS app is an Apple in-app purchase. Apple is the payment processor and merchant responsible for charging the payment method associated with your Apple ID, issuing the Apple receipt, collecting taxes handled by Apple, and maintaining the transaction record. Zuvia does not receive your complete payment-card number from Apple.
The price, currency, billing period, and included benefit description are shown before confirmation. Review that information before using Face ID, Touch ID, a password, or another Apple authorization method. Apple's successful transaction notice controls whether payment was completed; Zuvia's receipt validation controls benefit activation.
8. Cancellation path and access after cancellation
For an Apple-billed membership, the cancellation path is Apple ID account management: open iOS Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Zuvia, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also use Apple's subscription-management methods. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to prevent the next renewal charge. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves paid access active until the end of the paid period.
Removing the app or contacting Zuvia support does not cancel an Apple subscription. We can explain the steps but cannot directly cancel a charge controlled by Apple. If a subscription is canceled because Apple cannot collect payment, benefits can end when Apple reports that the entitlement is inactive.
9. Refund requests
Apple controls refund decisions for Apple in-app purchases. To request a refund, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID used for payment, choose “Request a refund,” select the Zuvia purchase, provide the requested reason, and submit the request. Apple determines eligibility and returns approved amounts through its payment process.
Zuvia can provide transaction and access information needed to investigate a service issue, but cannot promise or issue an Apple refund. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region remain unaffected. A completed refund or charge reversal can result in the corresponding membership benefit being removed.
10. Changes and termination for misuse
We can update membership benefits for future periods and will communicate material changes before they take effect. Price changes for an auto-renewable subscription are handled through Apple's required notice and consent process. You can cancel before the next renewal when you do not accept a future change.
We can suspend or terminate membership benefits for receipt manipulation, fraudulent payment activity, unauthorized account resale, infringement, or repeated breach of the User Agreement. Action will be proportionate to the risk and does not remove refund or consumer rights that cannot be waived.
11. Membership support
For benefit activation, playback, account, or receipt-verification questions, contact nexoluneHelp@163.com. Identify the Zuvia account and provide the Apple transaction reference, but never send a password or complete payment-card number.
